Carnegie Masters Grants

Carnegie Masters Grants aim to reduce that barrier by providing financial support for eligible students taking up a full‑time or part‑time taught master’s programme at any Scottish higher education institution.

The scheme is designed for students who:

• Are ordinarily resident in Scotland
• Live in low‑income households
• Have applied for, or secured, a place on an eligible taught master’s course beginning in 2026/27.
