The Explorers Club

The Explorers Club supports scientific fieldwork with a range of grants.

Rising Explorer Grant – Open to high school students, university undergraduates, and independent researchers doing scientific field work at an equivalent level.

Exploration Fund Grant – Designated especially for graduate/post-graduate students or early career scientists conducting fieldwork.

Rolex Explorers Club Grant – Focused on young explorers under the age of 35 who are conducting field research to address a novel scientific, environmental, or historic question.

Stephenson Explorers Advancement Program – Open to college undergraduates/graduate students, and independent explorers under the age of 35. Must be conducting fieldwork focused specifically, on marine research.

Fjallraven Field Grant – For explorers under the age of 35 doing fieldwork related to conservation, the environment, and/or sustainability.
